Italian Swordfish

One of the Swordfish captured by the Italians, this was one of the planes shot down in the attack on Taranto, rescued from the sea within the bay, during the attack that mentally disabled the Italian fleet, the material damage was serious, but the traumas They were terrible, the Italian Navy lost its vigor and the will to fight.

It was not the only Swordfish captured by the Italians, at least another more complete aircraft fell into their hands, a more or less complete plane managed to land in Rhodes after an attack, it could be rebuilt and evaluated locally, in reality the Swordfish did not offer much advanced technical information, except for their buoyancy and anchoring devices, but the Italians seem not to have used them.
